She believes eating as an experience that should be experienced using mind, body and soul, then the food consumed blends into the body and acts as a medicine to maintain homeostasis.

Her role as a nutritionist is to understand her clients’ symptoms and decode their body language and help them add required food to their plate and bring back balance to the diet.

“Diet is not about counting calories or burning calories. It is the art of understanding what your body needs and supply it accordingly. Nature has provided us with a wide variety of foods and our ancestors have passed their knowledge of blending different foods to make them palatable and easily bioavailable. We just need to tap into our body and listen to it and offer what it requires”….Asritha
